September Construction Update – Cumberland & 8th Street

With 70% of the parkade slab poured with concrete, approximately 25% of the main floor slab framework is now in place for the development on the corner of 8th Street and Cumberland Avenue (1507 8th Street East, Saskatoon). Parkade walls have been poured and waterproofed with the exception of the southeast corner which will be poured in the next couple of weeks. Main floor tenants are finalizing their designs for an early 2020 possession.
