We are happy to welcome Fountain Tire to 2820 Jasper Avenue. Fountain Tire, a Canadian company founded in Wainwright, Alberta, has signed a long-term lease agreement to open a new distribution center in the entire 90,084 sq.ft. facility.
The building will be going through extensive renovations before the tenant takes possession this summer.
