Phase 1 – Millar Crossing

Located at the entrance of Silverwood, one of Saskatoon’s most affluent neighbourhoods and the North Industrial Area, Millar Crossing gives tenants the best of both worlds.

With daily traffic volumes exceeding 42,800 and entrances located off both Millar Avenue and 51st Street, this centre caters to all. Our steel structure features prominent arches and a modern colour scheme with roof heights upwards of 20′.

Phase 1 features a diverse mix of retail and restaurant users including: Tommy Guns, Subway, Opa Souvlaki, Edible Arrangements & Panago.

Phase 2 is home to a 7,816 sq.ft. Original Joe’s restaurant and patio.

Phase 3 will feature a building bordering the southern edge of the property and a 6,400 sqft. free stand, ideal for any financial institution or office use.  This building plan is flexible; however, our current design features seven 1,402 sqft. units anchored by a 6,000 sqft. endcap.

Area tenants include: McDonalds, Tim Hortons, Boston Pizza, Co-op Gas Bar, Independent Grocer, Royal Bank and Lawson Heights Mall.

Pylon and building signage is available and will only enhance a tenants exposure to the surrounding areas.
