Concorde Properties has secured a long-term lease agreement for the last remaining office, an 8,366 sf space located on the 2nd floor of this building. The premier office space will be occupied by a medical specialist that will be relocating their offices to 8th Street. Construction is underway on the tenant improvements, and the tenant hopes to be operational later in 2026.
